Time of payment
After use of the service, the amount according to length of stay (admission + in-house charges) is paid at the checkout machine on exit. The fitness room is paid in advance at the 3F reception.
For credit card payments, the charge is debited on each card company's withdrawal date.
Due to the nature of the service, cancellations, refunds or changes at the customer's convenience after use of the service are not accepted.
